The executors of ? Tyler sold Collins Farm to Ernest Smith of Walters Ash, land, ordinance 1921 no.185, 212, 210, 213 (house), 214, 226, 222, 242, 163, part 250. also to E Smith part of farm 6.272 acres, and 1 acre.

4th August 1948.

Ernest Smith sold to Richard Howard Isdell Carpenter and Rosemary Isdell Carpenter, part of Collins Farm, ord. nos 210, 242, 263, part 250, 222, 226, 227, 213, 214, 212.

Ernest Smith sold to Edward, known as Ted Smith, part ord. no. 242, lying immediately to the rear of house known as Clappins
