Conveyance. Winchester Wood. THE VALUABLE ENCLOSURE OF WOODLAND being O.S. No. 415, together with valuable growing beech and other timber.
This lot abuts upon and possesses extensive frontages to the main roads leading from Princes Risborough and Great Hampden to Loosley Row.

8th March 1920 Declaration by Douglas Thring Esq in support of title to land at Princes Risborough.
I Douglas Theodore Thring estates bursar of Merton College in the University of Oxford, Fellow of the Surveyors Institution, Do solemnly and sincerely declare as follows -
1 As Estates Bursar to the Warden and Scholars of Merton College I have to a considerable extent the management of the property of the said Warden and Scholars and have for upwards of two years past been well acquainted with their Estates and have fullness of knowing from their records and otherwise the periods for which the said Warden and Scholars have been in possession or enjoying of or in receipt of the rents and profits arising from their Estates as tenants in fee simple thereof __________________
2 The piece or parcel of land containing 1,100 Acres situate in the Parish of Princes Risborough in the County of Buckingham being part of the Field No411 in the Ordinance Survey Map for the said Parish and coloured pink on the plan annexed hereto forms part of the land taken by the said Warden and Scholars under an Order of Exchange dated the twenty-first day of January One thousand eight hundred and fifty eight made by the Enclosure Commissioners for England and Wales in exchange for the hereditaments therein mentioned which formed part of the ancient possessions of the said Warden and Scholars. __________________________
3 From my knowledge ass Estate Bursar of Merton College aforesaid of the rental books of the said Warden & Scholars I declare that they have since the date of the said Order of Exchange been in the full free and undisturbed possession and enjoymen or receipt of the rents and profits of the said piece or parcel of land for their absolute use _______________________
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and bt virtue of the provisions of the Statutory Declaraions Act 1835.
