Houses built in 1910. A letter printed in Hallmark in 1976 from Edith Saunders of Sunny Bank, Bradenham reads as follows :-

"The two homes built on Loosley Hill are known as Waddesden View. They were built for Noah Saunders, my father-in-law. He bought bricks from Naphill kilns and carted them with other items for building. Caroline Rutland was the widow of Albert James Rutland, killed 1918 WW1. Caroline did not remarry.

1939 Register (census) at 1 Waddesden View, Loosley Row

Caroline Rutland aged 54.

Albert Smith, Caroline's father, 73 an invalid

William Smith 17.

Caroline died 20th April 1966 at 1 Waddesden View.
