Houses built in 1910. A letter printed in Hallmark in 1976 from Edith Saunders of Sunny Bank, Bradenham reads as follows :-

"The two homes built on Loosley Hill Road are known as Waddesden View. They were built for Noah Saunders, my father-in-law. He bought bricks from Naphill kilns and carted them with other items for building. Caroline Rutland was the widow of Albert James Rutland, killed 1918 WW1. Caroline did not remarry.
