John and Hannah married in 1801

In1823 in the Enclosures of Princes Risborough John Hawes had old allotment no. 703, a freehold cottage and garden, on a track that later became Church Lane, Lacey Green. (Research note The church was not built until 1825 and the old cottage was later named 'Church Cottage')
