Built before the second world war, Summer Hayes was on the west side of the Main Road in Lacey Green,
Clive Adams RAF, lived at Summer Hayes in the 1930s and 1940s, prior to, throughout and for some time beyond WW2 He let t for a couple of years in the forties, to a Russian woman and her daughter Natasha, while he was working in America.
Followed by Sam Morgan and his wife Louise. He was deputy-head at Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe
Report by Laurence Rostron. when researching Church Lane "2016 Ordinance Survey Map Properties in Church Lane. Summer Hayes occupied by Mr M & Mrs A Tingey. The entrance to the property has now been moved into Church Lane from the Main Road".
