Sold to Mr W. Warren for £205.

Behind the tree is the thatched cottage. Has the house on its left got 2 doors? was it 2 cottages? If so the furthest left became the Crooked Chimney.

1 Warren Row was better known as the Crooked Chimney. was the northmost of a terrace of three on the east side of Lacey Green Main Road.

Nellie Rixon born 1911, daughter of Walter & Mary Ann Rixon was living at no. 1 Warren Row when she started school in 1915. click Lacey Green School Reunion 2000 for Nellie's school memories.
