017th August 1883 Conveyance of Lane Cottage, Church Lane, Lacey Green

Mrs Sarah West purchased from the executors of John Paine, being Mrs Mary Paine and others the property known as Lane Cottage.

9th December 1901 Conveyance The Reverend William Robson, vicar of Lacey Green, purchased from Mrs Sarah West, for £120 two cottages, being Lane Cottage and Park Cottage

circa 1901 Lane Cottage, a cottage with 3 rooms, was let to Tom & Ellen Hickman. Tom was reported to be a good rick builder. Their son Albert was a chimney sweep who moved to Turnip End

1924 Conveyance by Gift. Harold Edward Carter gave Lane Cottage to Madeine Hilda Carter, his daughter

11th August 1930. Conveyance. Mrs Amy Goodey of West Hendred, Wantage, purchased Lane Cottage from Harold Edward Carter from Grymsdyke, Lacey Green. A copy of this document is archived in Lacey Green Village Hall

6th September 1934.   Conveyance. Peter Kenneth Chance Esq of Wimble End purchased Lane Cottage for £50 from Mrs Amy Goodey. Formally in the occupation of Sarah Ann Hickman.
