Horace Janes born 1859 was the son of John & Emma Janes
Agnes 'Mary' Hickman born 1863 was the daughter of John & Jane Hickman
Horace and Mary married in 1884 They lived at Coombs, Loosley Row.

John Janes born 1885 he was a waggoner
Agnes Louisa Janes born 1888 married Albert John Edgington in 1917. Albert was a mechanic on sea planes.
Rose Janes born 1890
Alfred Janes born 1894, farm wagoner, married Elsie Mary Dormer in April 1916. Alfred died August 1916 WW1,Flanders. Killed in action. Ox & Bucks Light Infantry, 2nd Battalion. In the 1901 census Horace and Mary are still living at Coombs. Horace Janes 40 roadman, Mary Janes 38, John Janes 16 carter on farm, Rosa Janes 10, Alfred Janes 7, Edith Kate Janes 4.
