This project will involve the conversion of a barn at Grimsdyke Farm, Lacey Green to a public art pavilion which will exhibit work by the Royal College of Art and other local artists, fabricators and contributors within the local area. The pavilion will be located on a circlar walk within Lacey Green.
A CIL allocation of £20,000 is recommended as this is an innovative employment, educational, culural and recreational project delivered in collaboration with local suppliers and the Royal College of Art who are part funding the project and will be responsibe for maintenance. As this is primarily a private led scheme a legal agreement will be put in place to ensure the funds are repaid if the property is sold.
