16th February 1955 Deed of Gift. Albert George Rolfe gave to his son Eric Joseph Rolfe a piece of land with a frontage of 50 feet to the road leading from Lacey Green to High Wycombe and a depth on the north west side of 78 feet and on the south east side of 172 feet with a width at the rear of 50 feet nd bounded on the north west side by the property conveyed to Vera Elizabeth Rolfe (now Vera Elizabeth Stokes) 9th March 1938.

30th April 1964. Land and hereditamets of Albert George Rolfe vested in Eric J Rolfe.

23rd August 1971. Eric Joseph Rlfe conveyed to the Secretary of State for Defence land containing 1.144 hectares (2.829 acres) at Walters Ash.

21st October 1974. Eric Joseph Rolfe conveyed to Charles Baldwin a piece of land at Walters Ash having a frontage to the north-east side of the road leading from Lacey Green to Naphill having an area of 2.85 acres

29th April 1975. Eric Joseph Rolfe conveyed to Laurence Paul Butler rwo pieces of land at Walters Ash, together ith the righr to lay and maintain water pipes.

5th December 1975. Eric Joseph Rolfe conveyed to James Baldwin a piece of land having a frontage to the north-east side of the road leading from Lacey Green to Naphill, being the major part of the westermost portion of a piece of 2.85 acres and marked Walters Ash Farm on the plan

5th April 1976. Eric Josepf Rolfe conveyed to James Baldwin a piece of land at Walters Ash with a frontage of 80 feet to the north-ast side of the road from Lacey Green to Naphill and a depth on the north side of 160 feet, being to the west of a piece of land conveyed 5th December 1975
