14th May 1927 Albert G Rolfe sold to William Edward Bristow of Walters Ash brick manufacturer, a piece of land at Walters Ash with a frontage to the road from Lacey Green to Walters Ash of 77 feet 6 inches and a depth on the north west side of 180 feet, on the south east side of 191 feet and a width of at the rear of 75 feet. being part of the enclosures numbered 9 and 10

No 1. 3rd October 1928. Albert G Rolfe sold to Albert Edward Victor Hussey a piece of land with a frontage of 60 feet to the road and a depth of 180 feet, part of enclosure no. 10 on the plan.

No 2. 18th January 1929. Albert G Rolfe sold to Susan Mary Lord a piece of land with a frontage of 726 feet to the road and a depth of 180 feet forming part of enclosures nos. 9 and 10 on the plan.

No 3. 12 July 1929(or 39). Albert G Rolfe sold to Albert Edward Victor Hussey a piece of land adjoining no.1 above on the north-west with a frontage of 40 feet to the road and 180 feet deep.

No 4. 12th July 1939 Albert G Rolfe sold to the mayor and alderrmen and burgernesses of the Borough of Aylesbury a piece of land having a fronage to the road of 12 feet and a depth of 105 feet in the corner of enclosure no14 where it adjoins no.10.

No 5. 24th May 1943. Albert G Rolfe sold to Bucks County Council land containing 1.8 acres, part of nos.14, 10, 11 and 12.

9 March 1938. Deed of Gift. Albert George Rolfe conveyed to his daughter Vera Elizabeth Rolfe a piece of land with a frontage of 50 feet to the road leading to the road leading from Lacey Green to High Wycombe and a depth on the north west side of 191 feet and on the south east side of 178 feet and bounded on the north west by property conveyed to William Edward Bristow by Albert George Rolfe 14 May 1927. click John & Vera Elizabeth Stokes for more about Vera.

16th February 1955 Deed of Gift. Albert George Rolfe gave to his son Eric Joseph Rolfe a piece of land with a frontage of 50 feet to the road leading from Lacey Green to High Wycombe and a depth on the north west side of 78 feet and on the south east side of 172 feet with a width at the rear of 50 feet and bounded on the north west side by the property conveyed to Vera Elizabeth Rolfe (now Vera Elizabeth Stokes) 9th March 1938.
