Bill & Tiddler Cannon

Bill Cannon was an Air Vice Marshall in the RAF. click RAF Local Residents for his career. There followed some years in India and Pakistan as the representative of Rolls Royce

Bill and 'Tiddler' Cannon lived at Cairndale, Main Road, Lacey Green after Bill retired. With them was Joyce ?, who was Tiddler's companion and also appeared to be in charge of the housework.

After their homes in India and Pakistan. Cairndale was called affectionately their "Dolls House".

Hilda West told of Indera Gandi staying at Cairndale as their guest. In 1965 they moved to a larger house near Penn.
