A pair of cottages, at Loosley Row, really not enough to be called a hamlet.

In Census 1881, to at least 1911 lived in by William Harman & Sarah nee Hammond

Hallmark October 1986. Planning Application. Continued use of land as Builders Yard at Amen Corner, Foundry Lane

James Harman born 1888 son of William and Sarah, married Lily Caroline Sharp born in Iver Heath. In 1939 James 53 transformer erector with Lily in Slough, Berks. James died in 1967 at Amen Corner, Loosley Row. Caroline returned to Slough where she died in 1991 aged 99.

10th July 1890 Messrs Raffety and Sons of High Wycombe, offered for sale, at the Wheatsheaf Inn, some valuable freehold property and cottages in the neighbourhood of Princes Risborough. There was a good attendance, the bidding were very spirited and highly satisfactory prices were realised.

Lot 3. A pair of well built cottages, with gardens, at Amen Corner, Loosley Row. Sold to Mr W Saunders £215.

At the same auction W. Saunders also purchased an enclosure of pasture land adjoining the cottages and a plot of freehold arable and building land adjoining the pasture land
