Benjamin worked all his life at Speen Farm, first with his father, then with his brother George. He died in 1898 at Speen Farm. (Suicide by hanging). Benjamin and Jane had 1 son William John born 1877. He married Minnie Elizabeth May in 1916. In 1901 census William John, chairmaker, is with his mother Jane, widow, aged 60. William John died in 1950. He lived at Woodfield Cottage, Lacey Green, but died at Stone Mental Hospital. His executor was John William Saunders, retired builder. £2,780-18s-11d.
