In the census in 1841, 51 and 61 John Ginger is the landlord of The Black Horse public House in Lacey. John died in 1866.
In the census in 1871 and 81 Celia Ginger is the landlord of The Black Horse. Celia died in 1882.
In the census in 1891 and 1901 their daughter Ann is the landlord of The Black Horse. Ann died in 1907
