1838 Auction. When his father went bankrupt Joshua purchased at the auction his fathers properties at Roundabouts, Lacey Green.
1865 Sale and Purchase. in 1865 he sold the properties at Roundabouts and purchased Kiln Farm from William Woods, a miller.
