Hallmark 1974. Mrs Frances Rutland, together with Mrs Carpenter and Mrs Ferris founded The 81st Club 17 years ago, and a year later became the Chairman, a position she has held since. Much credit goes to her , for this is one of the best run Senior Citizen's Cubs in the area.

Born in Churchill. a small village in Oxfordshire; came to this district on a fortnight's holiday in 1938 and decided to stay

Married in 1946 she now lives in Princes Risborough, with a big garden to look after.

Her other interest is still connected with older people as she is a member of the Icknield Court League of Friends and does personal shopping twice a week for the residents.
