In Hallmark April 1995. A letter was printed from Ginnie Brudenell, of 2, Loosley House as follows :- "As I retire as Chairman of the Chiltern View League of Friends after a two year stint, I thought I would like to take this chance to thank the residents of Loosley Row and Lacey Green for their great generosity to this home for Altzhrimer's sufferers at Stone.
Both The Horticultural Society and The 81st Club gave us substantial sums of money and others held coffee mornngs, made cakes and bought raffle tickets as well as assisting at our summer fete.
The home has benefitted greatly from all these efforts and Glen Ebbs, the manager, has asked to join me in grateful appreciation of all that has been done
