Harry Rutland born 1855 in Monks Risborough was the son of James and Mary Rutland, nee Janes, the daughter of William Janes 1795-1872 and Leah, nee Parslow 1797-1870.
Leanda Edmunds born 1855 was the daughter of Richard & Mary Edmunds, innkeepers at Marlow.
Harry and Leanda lived at The Pink and Lily public house at Parslows Hillock. He was a victualler and iron moulder. For the history of the pub click The Pink and Lily

William Harry Rutland 1887-1964 (79). Married 21st May 1910 at Lacey Green to Daisy Annie Williams, born 1885, daughter of Henry Williams and Julia Jane, nee Williams (Julia Jane was the daughter of Cornelius Williams of Flowers Bottom). In 1911 William Harry and Daisy Annie were living at Park Mill Cottages, Princes Risborough. He was listed as a miller's carter. William enlisted in 1915 WW1 in the Royal Garrison Artillery. He survived the war. In 1939 he is listed as miller's assistant. They are still at Park Mill, Princes Risborough and with a daughter, Mabel aged 19.
