Harold Edward Carter of the City of London sold to Wilfred Warren of Dawn Cottage, Darvills Hill for £1100 -

Schedule - all those pieces of land at Speen of 65 acres, together with the cottage, stable barn and other outbuildings known as Lily Bottom Farm, late in the occupation of Alfred and John Tilbury.

Drawn on a plan dated 5th December 1917 between Florence Susannah Callender and Harold Edward Carter.
