Edward Anderson born 1795 was the son of Thomas and Ann Anderson of North Dean

Mary Ward was born in 1791 at Turnip End

Edward and Mary married and lived at Darvills Hill.

In 1824 and 1826 Edward leased land from the Manor of Princes Risborough which later became known as Woodway Farm, Loosley Row

1851 census. Darvills Hill. Edward 56 farmer of 60 acres employing 4 labourers. Mary 60.

Mary died in 1860 aged 69.

In 1859 enfranchised the land at Loosley Row, thus making it freehold.

1861 census. Darvills Hill. Edward 66, widower, farmer. Hannah Ward, his sister-in-law, housekeeper, born Turnip End. 

Edward died 16th February 1872

Probate Under £1000. His executors were Simeon Anderson of Bradenham, farmer, his son, and Charles Brown, gentleman of Stocken Farm, Lacey Green

In his will he left the Darvills Hill Farm to Simeon, his son. To his daughters Sarah,Clare and Elizabeth Saunders £200 each.
