SPEEN BOTTOM, in the parish of Princes Risborough, Bucks. THE VALUABLE Tract of FREEHOLD ARABLE LAND, known as "EASDEN'S HILL", situate in SPEEN BOTTOM, adjoining the Road leading from Speen to Lacey Green, and extending in the whole to nearly 10 ACRES, and now in the occupation of Mr. Edmund Chilton, on a yearly Michaelmas tenancy, at the annual Rent of £10.

Will be sold by auction by Messrs Vernon & Son, at The White Hart Hotel, High Wycombe on Friday 24th October 1884 at Three for Four o'clock in the afternoon.
