Mr & Mrs Hastings

The Upper House. Sometimes called 'The Other House' was, in the 1950's the home of Kathleen and Lavender Challinor. Later occupants were Mr and Mrs Hastings - the former well-known for walking his beautiful Red Setter dog around the village every day.
Hallmark December 1988. It is with regret that we have to report the death of Mr. Hastings of The Upper House, Loosley Row.
