Monkton Wood situate near the villages of Speen & Hampden. Containing about ONE HUNDRED and SIXTY-EIGHT ACRES, and sundry Enclosures of WOOD LAND containing about FORTY ONE ACRES with a detached Estate

The Woods and Plantation are in hand, the whole estate contains ONE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED & NINETY TWO ACRES.
