!7th April 1934 was the first meeting held to elect the new Lacey Green Parish Council

1934 John William Saunders. Chairman

Ted Janes. Councillor 1951-1985. Chairman 27 years

1985 Dennis Claydon. Persuaded by outgoing Ted Janes (told by Ted to Joan West). Dennis served for over 25 years, many of them as Deputy Chairman.
