New Lord of the Manor

William Inkett and Elizabeth his wife have sold the Manor of Princes Risborough to Susan Biscot.

Includes lease of 'Stocking' to Henry Lacey

This includes ALL THAT messuage or tenement with appurtenances called STOCKINGS in the parish of Princes Risborough and ten acres of land thereunto belonging And one acre of meadow in Bedmeade being a lot acre in the said parish of Princes Risborough and now or late in occupation of Henry Lacey demised or granted by the said William Inkett unto the said Henry Lacey by Indenture bearing the date the 13th day of August in 1621 the 18th year of the reign of our late Sovereign Lord King James of England for 36 years.

New Lord of the Manor now entitled to the rent of 'Stocking

As Lord of the Manor Susan Biscot now owns the messuage with the said ten acres of land and one acre of meadow, and by the indenture of lease of 1621 shall henceforth be paid the rent of Four pounds, five shillings and one couple of capons for the term of years yet to come (the said lease heretofore made by the said William Inkett unto the said Henry Lacey of all and singular the premises for divers years yet enduring whereupon the yearly rent of ? pounds five shillings and one couple of capons is reserved only ??? and excepted)
