THE COMPACT CORN and STOCK FARM

With brick, flint and tiled farmhouse, containing: Small Hall; Lounge (14 ft. by 12 ft. 6 ins.) with modern fireplace; Sitting Room (14 ft. by 9 ft.) with grate giving hot water supply; Kitchen (10 ft. by 8ft. 6ins.) with sink; Three bedrooms; Bathroom with bath and lavatory basin (h. & c.); separate W.C.

Albert Eustace Jack Way of Brimmers Farm, Near Princes Risborough, in the county of Buckingham (the vendor), agreed to sell to The Right Honourable John Mercer Henderson, Eight Earl of Buckinghamshire of Little Hampden Lodge, Great Missenden (the Purchaser), for Twelve Thousand Pounds, the property known as Brimmers Farm.
