The School House was built in the 1930's with the £350 obtained from the sale of Loosley Row School. Land was purchased on the Pink Road, Lacey Green, part of which was sold, then a house was built facing Pink Road. It was called School House and held in trust by the Vicar and Churchwardens to be used as a head teachers' house for Lacey Green School to which children from Loosley Row now attended.
The land upon which it was built was also held in trust by the Vicar and Churchwardens to be Glebe Land supporting the Parish Church.
