Ron & Beryl Goodearl moved to Loosley Row in 1971.
In 1993 an article was printed in Hallmark by Clem Brown of his meeting Ron Goodchild.
Recently I had the pleasure of meeting someone who is involved in that furniture and related craft work that still forms a focus in this area. He is Ron Goodearl, chairman of Goodearl-Risboro' Ltd, the makers of Whiteleaf furniture. His ancestors settled in South Bucks in the 17th century.
Ron was born in Risborough and moved to Loosley Row in 1971, having married locally in 1957.
I was struck by the way family ties have been strong all these years.
