Windyridge was built on the west side of Mill Road (later, Main Road) Lacey Green.

In belonged to William Saunders in 1930 when William 'George' Luxford and Gladys, nee Ing (William's granddaughter), click William and Gladys Luxford moved in when they married. click William Saunders & Bethia Janes for the grandparents of Gladys
