On 29th November 1955 the executor of J J Thompson advertised for sale " the Small Freehold Estate known as "Summerleys" in Princes Risborough. This included the main residence, the Home Farm with 3 Cottages and accommodation land.
It also included Westfield Farm, Bledlow 65 acres; Flowers Bottom Farm, Speen 46.5 acres; 2 smallholdings & cottage at Longwick. (a copy of this advertisement is archived in Lacey Green Village Hall)
Lot 9 Flowers Bottom Farm, Speen extending to 46 acres 2 roods 25 poles
Let to Mr A Parslow on an annual Lady Day tenancy at a rental of £60 per annum (Landlord paying the Rates) (See Albert & May Parslow for the tenant's family)
