31st Oct. 1941 TENANCY AGREEMENT between Randolf John Wood of Red House Farm, Speen, Lacey Green, farmer & Eric George Drayson, meat inspector. for part Kingswood Farm, Speen.

17th June 1942. Randolf John Wood sold Kingswood Farm to Arthur John Drayson

28th March 1951. Arthur John Drayson sold Kingswood Farm to Denys Charles Tuckett of Burr Cottage, Horsell, Woking for £4,450. Comprising - All that farmhouse, Speen, formerly in the parish of Princes Risborough, now of Lacey Green.
