17th June 1942. Randolf John Wood sold Kingswood Farm to Arthur John Drayson
28th March 1951. Arthur John Drayson sold Kingswood Farm to Denys Charles Tuckett of Burr Cottage, Horsell, Woking for £4,450. Comprising - All that farmhouse, Speen, formerly in the parish of Princes Risborough, now of Lacey Green.
