The detached property Culham House was built during the 1930's on Pink Road, Lacey Green. Originally just called 'Culham' as that was the name of the college where Cecil Saunders did his teacher training.
In the 1939 Register (census) it was lived in by Cecil Jabez Saunders and his wife Margaret 'Maggie'.
