Denis & Jean Hart came to Lacey Green in 1964
They lived at Stepping Stones, Goodacres Lane.

Jean Hart was a Wycombe District Councillor from 1981 - 1985.
Jean Hart died in 1991. The following obituary was published in Hallmark:-
Jean Margaret Hart, was born in West Ham in 1925, educated at Dartford Girls Grammar School. She met Denis her husband at a victory dance in 1945. Travelled extensively with him, setting up no less than 17 homes throughout Europe and the Middle East before settling in Lacey Green in 1964.
A life-long member of the Conservative party, to that end was elected unopposed to represent this area on the Wycombe District Council from 1981 - 1985 retiring through ill health; a regular contributor to Hallmark for many years. Go to Councillors Wycombe District Council for other Councillors
Her death on August 3rd from Alzheimer's Disease followed a long illness.
