Green Windmill has been awarded an Engineering Heritage Award by the Institution of mechanical Engineers.
On Sunday 14th July, 90 people attended the presentation ceremony at the windmill. There were about 50 members of the IMechE present. Other guests included some of the current windmill volunteers, and representatives from our three tiers of local government.
