THIS INDENTURE made the seavententh day of Aprill anno domini 1632 and in the eigthe yeare of the raigne of of our soveraigne Lord Charles by the grant of god of England Scotland France and Ireland king defender of the faith ? BETWEEN William Wydmor of the parish of Cheping Wycombe in the county of Bucks gent on the one partie and Joane Chibnale of Princes Risborough in the said county of Bucks widowe on the other partie WHEREAS our late soveraigne ladie queene Elizabeth by her letters patente under the greate seale of England bearing date and twentieth daie of January in the seaven and thirthieth yeare of her hignes raigne over this realme of England for the consideracon therein expressed did demise with one lenicy i’self demised  then of London Scrivenor certaine wood and woodland called or known by the name of Stocking lying and being in Princes Risborough aforesaid (except therein excepted) from the feast of the annuniacon of our blessed ladie St Marie the virgin in the yeare of our lord god one thousand six hundred and five for and during the terme of thirtie and one yeares from thence next ensueing and following fullie to bee complete and ended at and under the rente and ? therein conteyned as in and by the said recited indenture ? being there unto had for the more certaintie thereof at large it doth and maie appeare the estate and interest of which said premisses afterwarde by good and sufficient conveyance and instrumente of lawe did sine unto one Sir Jerome Horsey knight deceased AND WHEREAS alsoe the late ladie Queene Anne by her indenture beareing date the seaventeenth daie of November in the eighte yeare of the raigne of our late ? Lord King James over this realme of England did for ? therein expressed demise the said woods woodgrounde and premisses called Stocking unto the said Sir Jerome Horsey for and during the terme of siventie and one yeares to comence and begin immediatelie from and after the end expiracon or other  determinacon  of the said recited lease by the said letters patente granted at and under the yeare herent of five pounds forerteene shilling and eight pence of lawfull money of England payable as in and by the said recited indenture relacon being there unto had for the more certaintie thereof amongst other things therein confess ? at large it doth and maie appeare WHICH said leases the said Sir Jerome Horsey by his indenture careing date the five and twentieth daie of Februarie in the forerteenth yeare of the raigne of our said late soveraigne Lord King James did assigne unto one Edward Thomasson deceased the estate and interest of both which leases and termes and numbers of yeares yet to come and unexpired of all and singuler the said wood and premisses are by good and sufficient assurances conveyances and instrumente of lawe assigne ? ? the said William Wydmor NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSTH that the said William Wydmor for and consideracon of the price of three hundred fortie and five pounds of lawfull money of England unto ? and paid by the said Joane Chibnale before then leaseing and deliverie of the presente the receipt whereas the said William Wydmor doth by these presente acknowledge and thereof and of everie parte and parcel thereof doth cleerlie  and absolutelie acquite exonerate and discharge the said Joane Chibnale her heires executors administrators and assignes and everie of them by there presente and for ? other good and valuable causes and consideracons him the said William Wydmor hereunto especiallie moving HATH granted bargained sold assigned and left over and by these presente doth grante bargain and assigne and sett over unto the said Joane Chibnale her executors administrators assignes the said woods woodgroundes and premisses with allwaies ? ? profitte comodities advantages heritances and appurteninces whatsoever thereunto or unto one parte or parcel thereof belonging or apperteyning in as ? and ample woodland farme as the same are in and by the said several charters or deedes or one of them demised  granted or conveyed and all estate right title and interest whatsoever of him the said William Wydmor of in or unto the said woods or woodgroundes and premisses or of in or unto one parte or parcel thereof and alsoe all deedes evidences writings ? assignmente and ? whatsoever touching or concerning the sais premisses or and parte or parcel thereof which hee the said William Wydmor hath in his hands or custodie or without ? in lawe ??? procure TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lands and premisses and everie parte and parcel thereof with there and everie of their appurtenennces unto the said Joane Chibnale her executors administrators and assigness for and during all the rest and residue of the said severall termes in the said recited letters patente and conveyance conteyned that are thereof yet to come and ? ? ? and ample manner to all intents and purposes as in them or either of them is mentconed or expressed AND THE said William Wydmor doth for himself his executors administrators and assignes and for everie of them comemite promise and grannte unto and with the said Joane Chibnale her executors administrators and assignes and unto and with everie of them ? ? ? manner and forme following ?  that for and not withstanding anie matter ? or things whatsoever had made committed or done or willingie or willingie permitted ?  to bee  done by the said William Wydmor Edward Thomasson and Sir John Dormer knight decease or by anie other person or persons whatsoever aniething haveing or lawfull claimeing to have the said lands and premisses or maine parte or partes of thereof by from or underthem or anie or either of them the said lands and and premisses and everie parte and parcel thereof with their appurtennences are  free and cleere or upon reasonable request in ? Indenture dated 17th April 1632 – William Wydmor and Joane Chibnale

THIS INDENTURE made the seavententh day of Aprill anno domini 1632 and in the eigthe yeare of the raigne of of our soveraigne Lord Charles by the grant of god of England Scotland France and Ireland king defender of the faith ?
