The Forge, Darvills Hill was a wheelwrights workshop on the west side of the road from Lacey Green to Flowers Bottom opposite Darvills Hill Farm.

In the census of 1891 and 1901 Ernest Anderson is listed as a wheelwright, but in 1911 is listed as a builder.

2023. The Forge now converted into a house is lived in by Glenys Downing. Her son Adrian and his wife Charlotte now live and farm at Darvills Hill Farm
