Albert Eustace Jack Way of Brimmers Farm, Near Princes Risborough, in the county of Buckingham (the vendor), agreed to sell to The Right Honourable John Mercer Henderson, Eight Earl of Buckinghamshire of Hampden Estate (the Purchaser), for Twelve Thousand Pounds, the property known as Brimmers Farm.

10th JULY 1963. CONVEYANCE to the BUCKS WATER BOARD

10th July 1963 George Parker Jervis, Gordon Hope-Morley & Roger Parker-Jervis of Hampden Estate, sold to the Bucks Water Board, a piece of land forming part of the enclosure O.S. no.411 in the parish of Princes Risborough and having an area of 6.42 acres.

NOTE

The Bucks Water Board constructed a reservoir on this site, replacing all the top soil so that appears to be a hill with the construction completely hidden.

Circa mid 1900's for some decades Brimmers Farm was farmed by the Ludlow family

to be added
