And from and after the decease of the said Alison Elsie Rogers I direct my Trustees shall stand possessed of the said moiety of my said estate and effects In trust for all the children of the said Alison Elsie Rogers who being sons shall attain the age of twenty one years or being daughters shall attain that age or marry under that age and if there shall be only one such child the whole to be in trust for that one child. And in case there shall not be any child of the said Alison Elsie Rogers I Devise and Bequeath the said moiety of my said estate unto and equally between such of the children of my brothers and sisters James Cheshire, George Cheshire, Susan Barcock and Hannah Cowell as shall be living at my decease and shall have attained or shall live to attain the age of twenty one years.

		+	I BEQUEATH my watches and jewellery equally between the said Alison Elsie Rogers and the said Alice Beatrice Rogers.

		+	I DEVISE my Three Cottages at Flowers Bottom, my 4 cottages at Speen and my acre of land at Lacey Green unto my Trustees Upon Trust to sell same and to stand possessed of the net proceeds thereof. As to one fourth part thereof for my brother George Cheshire. As to another fourth part to divide the same equally between my nephews John Cowell, Frederick Lawrence Cowell, Timothy Cowell and Arthur Cowell, the children of my late sister Hannah Cowell. As to another fourth part thereof to divide the same equally between Nellie Barcock and Alfred Barcock, the children of my sister Susan Barcock. And as to the remaining fourth part thereof to pay thereout to the said George Cheshire Ten pounds and to pay the balance to Thomas Cheshire the son of my late brother Thomas Cheshire.

		+	I REVOKE the legacies of Fifty pounds to my brother George Cheshire and the three legacies of Twenty pounds each to my nephews John Cowell, Frederick Lawence Cowell, Thomas Cheshire given by my Will.

And Susan Barcock died 16th January 1900. And in consideration of all the principal money and interest secured by the above indenture having been paid, Arthur Henry Cowell as the surviving representative of Mary Ann Buckmaster, conveys to Joseph Bliss and George Floyd, all the land and messuages comprised in this indenture, to hold the same to the use of Joseph Bliss and George Floyd upon the trusts of the will of Sarah Floyd, dec'd, freed and discharged from all claims and demands
