We are a young lively group who meet every Thursday between 10.30 a.m. and 12 noon in the village hall. Anyone is very welcome, with or without children. If you are expecting your first baby, why not come and make friends with other Mums before the baby arrives. Perhaps you're feeling lonely and fancy a cup of coffee and a chat - why not- pop in?

There are plenty of activities for all ages of children, and facilities for the tiny ones, safe from the older children who want to rush around. We have ride-on toys for all sizes, sit down activities, like drawing and play dough, and a special carpet for those who do not yet move around.   So why not come along on Thursdays and join in the fun!!!

The first village play-group was started by Mrs Diane Bradley about 1965.   Also Mothers and Toddlers Club that meets the 1st, 3rd and 4th Thursday afternoons, to enable the small children to meet and play together, and mums to talk about their problems over a cup of tea.
