Hon. Robert William Evelyn Rockley on behalf of Col. Wilfred L and Mrs Abel Smith.   At the time Lot 2 which consisted of almost 40 acres was rented largely by Mr R M West and a minor portion by Mr F W Floyd.   It is not clear who purchased Lot 2.''
