From Lacey Green History

The Church of England in Princes Risborough was dedicated to St Mary. The earliest written record is from the 12th century. It has been much extended and repaired. It was the only C of E church in the parish until 1825 when a Chapel of Ease, attached to St Mary's, was built in Lacey Green, as part of the deal for the Enclosures of Princes Risborough. The Chapel of Ease performed baptisms and funerals but not marriages. In 1851 it became a fully registered Church, dedicated to St. John where marriages could also be performed,

A Catholic Church in Princes Risborough was dedicated to St. Teresa of the Child Jesus on Whit Monday 1938.

The Baptist Church in Princes Risborough was established in 1707 and registered as a Place of Worship in 1708
