Aylesbury Vale Seido Karate first opened its doors to adults at the Lacey Green Village Hall in January 2001. Nearly 9 years on we are an established karate club for adults and children training every Monday evening.

Seido Karate is a traditional Japanese style of karate. Seido founder, Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura has distilled the essence of what he has learned about the martial arts in over 50 years of study, practice and teaching.
The physical training in Seido can be strenuous, emphasising progressive development of strength, flexibility and aerobic capacity. In addition to developing students with the highest level of physical skill, Seido aims to develop individals of the highest moral character.
At our Lacey Green dojo we offer classes for children and youths from 7 - 16 year olds from 6:30 - 7:30 on Monday evenings.
Adult classes start from 7:30 - 9pm on Monday evenings. We aim to incorporate fitness, technique and spirit into all our classes, within a friendly and supportive atmosphere. For students who want to train more, we have a number of other local dojos who run Seido classes throughout the week.
We are starting a new beinners programme at Lacey Green in November so please contact Sensei Alan Pritchard if you are interested in coming along.
