The copyhold premises of John Lacey were enfranchised and became freehold.

SCHEDULE.   The Cottage where John Wade, Samuel Smith, Joseph Parslow and Henry Lacey formerly lived and now John Lacey at Darvills Hill (no. 817 on Enclosures map 1823), also an adjoining close or orchard of ½ acre formerly tenanted by John Tilbury.

Land at Darvills Hill of 1 acre, 4 poles. South-west of private road XXVI to Turnip End (no. 816 on Enclosures map 1823) made freehold.
