James and Stella Mowatt lived at the Crooked Chimney after Mrs Belcher retired.
James and Stella had twin girls.
In 1971 James Mowatt took over the editor's role of Hallmark, established the year before, from Michael Knott. His first edition was the 7th of this bi-monthly magazine.
