G H Cavendish

Lord George Henry Cavendish, later Lord Burlington, a member of the vastly wealthy Cavendish family, appears in local records, buying up property, mostly farms, from the Lord of the Manor of Princes Risborough, in the early 1800's. A buyers market due to the Napoleonic Wars. By 1818 he was all set to campaign to get the Enclosures of the Manor of Princes Risborough passed in Parliament.
