Frances Rutland

Hallmark October 1985. In the News. Mrs Frances Rutland has been awarded a certificate by 'Telecom' for her work in the district with the elderly and disabled people. She will remembered in the village as one of the founder members of The 81st Club, and during twenty years service to the club she held at various times he position of President, Chaiman and Treasurer until forced to retire to care for her husband. But she sill continued her voluntary work at Icknield Court home this last 17 years, where they have a deep regard for her as a very caring person.
