11th December 1897. The Summerleys Estate, Princes Risborough, which included Flowers Bottom Farm at Speen, was conveyed by Joseph Loosley to Joseph James Thompson.

On 29th November 1955 the executor of J J Thompson advertised for sale " the Small Freehold Estate known as "Summerleys" in Princes Risborough. This included the main residence, the Home Farm with 3 Cottages and accommodation land.

It also included Westfield Farm, Bledlow 65 acres; Flowers Bottom Farm, Speen 46.5 acres; 2 smallholdings & cottage at Longwick. (a copy of this advertisement is archived in Lacey Green Village Hall)
